摘要

目的 分析以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based pedagogy,PBL)联合案例教学法(case teaching method,CBL)在血管外科教学中的应用效果.方法 将齐齐哈尔医学院附属第五医院血管外科在 2022 年 4 月—2023年 4 月接收的 60 名临床见习生作为观察组,实施PBL联合CBL教学法;将 2021 年 4 月—2022 年 3 月接收的 58 名临床见习生作为对照组,实施常规教学.分析 2 组见习生的基础理论知识、病例分析成绩以及教学效果.结果 观察组基础理论知识和病例分析成绩分别为(83.63±4.28)分、(86.63±3.46)分,对照组分别为(78.52±3.46)分、(77.15±4.27)分,观察组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组文献检索、语言表达、团队协作、综合分析、探索创新评分分别为(1.75±0.63)分、(1.63±0.25)分、(1.66±0.34)分、(1.72±0.52)分、(1.78±0.58)分,对照组分别为(1.02±0.35)分、(1.05±0.33)分、(1.08±0.42)分、(1.08±0.63)分、(1.11±0.37)分,观察组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001).结论 PBL联合CBL教学法能有效提高学生的基础理论知识和病例分析能力,并培养学生的综合能力和创新思维能力,有助于促进学生的全面发展.

Abstract

Objective To analyze the practical effect of problem-based pedagogy(PBL)and case teaching method(CBL)in the teaching of vascular surgery.Methods A total of 60 clinical trainees from the department of vascular surgery of the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical College from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the observation group and PBL combined with CBL teaching method was implemented.A total of 58 clinical trainees from April 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the control group to implement routine teaching.The basic theoretical knowledge,case analysis results and teaching effects of the two groups of interns were analyzed.Results The results of basic theoretical knowledge and case analysis in the observation group were(83.63±4.28)points and(86.63±3.46)points,respectively,while those in the control group were(78.52±3.46)points and(77.15±4.27)points,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The scores of literature retrieval,language expression,team cooperation,comprehensive analysis and exploration and innovation in the observation group were(1.75±0.63)points,(1.63±0.25)points,(1.66±0.34)points,(1.72±0.52)points and(1.78±0.58)points,respectively.The control group was(1.02±0.35)points,(1.05±0.33)points,(1.08±0.42)points,(1.08±0.63)points,(1.11±0.37)points,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion PBL combined with CBL teaching method can effectively improve students'basic theoretical knowledge and case analysis ability,and cultivate students'comprehensive ability and innovative thinking ability,which is helpful to promote students'all-round development.
