Application of Mind Mapping Based CRBL Dual-Track Teaching Method for Multi-Omics Teaching in Dermatology Department
With the continuous development of biotechnology,high-throughput sequencing technology has been widely applied in bioinformatics, promoting the in-depth development of integrative multi-omics data analysis. These multi-omics data include multiple levels of genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics and metabolomics, which are of great significance for understanding the life activities of organisms.Omics techniques involve a wide range of complex and abstract knowledge. At the same time, traditional dermatology teaching methods usually focus on imparting theoretical knowledge of omics technologies without sufficiently emphasizing the teaching practice of integrating multi-omics technologies and their practical application value in skin disease research. This article aims to explore an innovative teaching model that combines mind mapping with a case and research-based learning(CRBL)dual-track teaching method, aiming to achieve a transition from traditional lecture-based teaching to visual, reflective, interactive, and practical education in multi-omics teaching in dermatology. This teaching method is expected to provide dermatology graduate students with a richer and more in-depth learning experience while cultivating their ability to think independently, which will help improve their scientific research.
