Application Effect of Student Standardized Patient in the Nursing Teaching of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology
Objective To explore the application effect of student standardized patients(SP)in the nursing teaching of the department of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods A total of 80 students from a school from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into the research group and the control group according to random number table method,with 40 students in each group.The control group adopted the conventional teaching mode,and the research group adopted the student SP teaching mode.The assessment scores and the degree of satisfaction with the teaching mode of two groups of students were compared.Results The assessment score of the research group was(83.22±10.91)points,which was higher than that of the control group(76.28±15.37)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of satisfaction such as the cultivation of self-learning ability(85.00%),improvement of clinical thinking ability(87.50%),cultivation of communication(90.00%)and cultivation of teamwork spirit(90.00%)of the research group students were higher than those of the control group(65.00%,67.50%,70.00%,72.50%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of student SP teaching mode in the nursing teaching of the department of obstetrics and gynecology can effectively improve students'understanding of subject diseases,promote students'autonomous ability,clinical thinking and communication ability,and further improve students'clinical nursing level.
