Application of Standard Image Cases Database in Miniprobe Endoscopic Sonography Training
Objective To investigate the application effect of standard image cases database in miniprobe endoscopic sonography training.Methods A total of 40 trainee doctors,residents and postgraduate students who were studying miniprobe ultrasonic endoscopy in the digestive endoscopy center of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected,and the subjects were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 20 subjects in each group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method,that was,theoretical teaching for 4 hours+bedside observation for 2 weeks+practical operation for 2 weeks.On the basis of the traditional teaching method,the observation group added the standard image case learning,and arranged to observe by the bed for 2 weeks,and carried out the practical operation learning at the same time.Assessment was carried out after the training,and the theoretical assessment,miniprobe operation skills assessment,image acquisition quality assessment,case analysis assessment and operation time of the two groups were observed.At the same time,a questionnaire was used to investigate the satisfaction and interest of the two groups.Results The scores of theoretical assessment[(90.40±4.23)points],miniprobe operation skill assessment[(86.85±4.07)points],image acquisition quality assessment[(87.60±4.43)points]and case analysis assessment[(90.80±4.48)points]in the observation group were higher than those in the control group[(86.25±3.31)points,(83.40±4.48)points,(83.40±4.58)points,(82.75±5.31)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time of microprobe scan in the observation group[(4.00±1.38)min]was shorter than that in the control group[(8.30±2.25)min],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate(100%)and interest rate(100%)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(45%and 50%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Standard image cases database can improve the training effect of miniprobe endoscopic sonography.
