Establishment of Monitoring and Evaluation System for the Quality Assurance of Clinical Teaching for Nursing Postgraduate Students
Objective To analyze the methods and application effects of establishing a monitoring and evaluation system for the quality assurance of clinical teaching for nursing postgraduate students.Methods From January 2022 to November 2022,4 groups including nursing managers,nursing postgraduate supervisors,clinical teaching staff,and nursing postgraduate students were selected as the survey subjects.Delphi method was used for formal investigation and a three-level indicator system was established.Results In the first and second rounds of this study,22 and 20 questionnaires were distributed respectively,with effective response rates of 95.5%and 90.0%,and opinion submission rates of 50.0%and 40.0%,respectively.The quality assurance monitoring and evaluation plan for clinical teaching of nursing postgraduate students included 2 primary indicators:course indicators and teaching indicators,including 5 secondary indicators:course construction,faculty team,educational support,teacher quality,and teaching organization.It also included 15 tertiary indicators:education funding,information resources,laboratory area,teaching hospital situation,practical activities,teacher teaching attitude,teacher teaching content,teacher teaching form,assessment methods,and teaching informatization.Conclusion The monitoring and evaluation plan for the quality assurance of clinical teaching for nursing postgraduate students has good scientificity and rationality.Its implementation can promote the sustainable development of clinical teaching and lay the foundation for nursing postgraduate students to truly enter clinical nursing practice.
