Exploration on Improving the Teachers'Ability of Ultrasound Imaging for Undergraduates
With the rapid development of ultrasound medical technology,ultrasound imaging plays an important role in the teaching of undergraduates.To become a qualified sonographer,undergraduate students not only need to master solid professional basic knowledge,but also need to have the ability of scientific research and exploration.Therefore,more and more teaching hospitals attach great importance to the cultivation of undergraduate ultrasound imaging teachers'ability.This paper summarizes the experience of teacher competency training in ultrasound teaching and research department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University in recent years,analyzes the current situation and existing problems of teacher competency training in ultrasound imaging for undergraduate students from the aspects of teachers themselves,departments and hospitals,and tries to preliminatively explore the solutions and countermeasures to solve the problems,so as to provide reference for the improvement of undergraduate ultrasound imaging teachers'ability,thereby improving the quality and level of undergraduate ultrasound imaging teaching,and cultivating excellent and high-quality ultrasound medical talents for clinical practice.
