Thinking and Exploration on Humanistic Education for Medical Students in the New Era
With the rapid development of our society and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,people's demand for health service is getting higher and higher.They hope that medical staff should not only have rich medical knowledge and excellent technical level,but also have broad humanistic feelings and caring ability.This puts forward higher goals for medical education.Focusing on the Healthy China Action in the new era,our government has placed ensuring the health of the people at the top of its development strategy.It pointed out the direction and providing guidelines for medical education reform.This paper considers the significance of medical humanities education and explores the path of its implementation.To preserve the humanistic knowledge of medicine through classroom instruction,enhance the development of campus and teaching hospital culture,should foster a cohesive synergy among classroom teaching,school culture,hospital environment,and clinical practice so as to do a good job in medical humanities education and cultivate high-quality medical talents with good medical ethics and skills.
