Research Progress of ADDIE Model in Clinical Nursing Teaching
Clinical nursing teaching is a key component of nursing education system.The level of clinical nursing teaching directly affects the learning and practice of nursing staff,indirectly affects the quality of nursing and patient outcomes,so how to improve the quality of teaching and train excellent nursing talents is an urgent problem for clinical nursing teaching staff.Analysis-design-development-implementation-evaluation(ADDIE)model,as the most basic system teaching design model,with the teaching object as the center,can significantly improve their professional knowledge and skills.It has been better applied in clinical nursing teaching.Therefore,this paper will systematically introduce the development and connotation of ADDIE model,and the application status and characteristics of ADDIE model in clinical nursing care from teaching object and content,research stage of analysis,design,development,implementation and evaluation and application effect.It provides basis for better application of this tool and further improvement of clinical nursing teaching quality.
