Design of the Medical Dispute Course in Medical Universities Based on CiteSpace
Objective Use CiteSpace software to visually analyze the research status of doctor-patient relationship,disputes and education,and to design the medical dispute course in medical universities according to the research trend.Methods In the CNKI database,the search conditions were set as the subject words of"doctor-patient relationship,medical disputes,medical malpractice,education",the time range was not limited,the source category was all journals,only reading the literature with the full text.The publication authors,institutions,and keywords were visually analyzed by using the CiteSpace software.Descriptive analysis was performed on the node data.Results A total of 46 articles were included,and 3 articles were published annually.The earliest authors of the article were LUAN Yingli and LI Hao,and the earliest institution of the article was the Second General Hospital of Jilin Chemical Industry Group Company.The keywords of frequency>4 times were doctor-patient relationship,medical disputes and medical students,and the largest keywords clustering was medical disputes,the least keywords clustering was the perinatal period.Conclusion There are relatively few researches on medical disputes and education,and the research subject are mostly medical institutions.Therefore,the universities should strengthen relevant research,set up medical dispute courses,and move forward the prevention of medical disputes.
