提高高校人才培养质量是高等医学教育教学发展的核心,护理技能操作是临床护理工作的重要组成部分,也是护理教育的核心内容,教师通过创新性教学模式组织护理专业本科生参加护理技能比赛,作为本科生教学的补充手段,实现学校护理教学目标与临床护理岗位要求相一致,保障了学生护理实践能力和护理职业胜任力培养目标的一致.护理学是一门实践性强的学科,全方位构建完整的护理技能比赛构架,提高学生护理技能水平和临床护理思维能力,通过教学内容、教学方式的改革,提高了高等医学教育护理人才培养质量.构建全面的、以培养职业胜任力为主的实验教学体系,加强学生职业生涯教育,探索出教学新思路、新方法,推进护理专业学生职业胜任力的提升,为社会培养高质量的应用型人才.
Construction and Practice of Nursing Skill Experiment Teaching System Oriented by Vocational Competence
Enhancing the quality of talent cultivation in higher education is at the core of the development of medical education and teaching.Nursing skill operations are a vital component of clinical nursing work and a fundamental aspect of nursing education.In an innovative teaching approach,teachers organize undergraduate nursing students to participate in nursing skills competitions as a supplementary method to undergraduate teaching.This approach aligns the educational goals of the institution with the requirements of clinical nursing positions,ensuring consistency between students'nursing practical abilities and the objectives of nursing professional competency development.Nursing is a highly practical discipline with comprehensively establishing a complete framework for nursing skills competitions encompassing to enhance students'nursing proficiency and clinical nursing thinking.Through reforms in curriculum and teaching methods,the quality of nursing talent education in higher medical education has been improved.Established a comprehensive experimental teaching system primarily focused on developing professional competence,strengthened students'career education,explored new teaching approaches,and advanced the enhancement of nursing students'professional competence,ultimately contributing to the cultivation of high-quality applied professionals for society.
