Application of"Internet+"Based Flipped Classroom in Teaching of Interventional Radiology
Objective To explore the application of flipped classroom based on"Internet+"in Interventional Radiology by taking the course of"intravenous infusion port implantation"as an example. Methods From August to October 2022,190 students majoring in medical imaging technology(higher vocational)in the Third Clinical Medical College of Xinjiang Medical University were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was given flipped classroom teaching based on"Internet+",and the control group was given traditional teaching. After that, the in-class test and after-class test were carried out,as well as the questionnaire survey scores on students'learning situation, personal ability and teaching methods. Results Classroom test:The experimental group scored 85(83,87)points,which was higher than the control group's score of 80(78,82)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After class test:The experimental group scored 96(94,98)points,which was higher than the control group's score of 85(82,88)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of in class and out of class tests in the experimental group was higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group scored higher than the control group in the questionnaire survey on learning situation, personal ability, and teaching methods, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The flipped classroom based on the'Internet+'platform in the teaching of Interventional Radiology can make students more interested in learning, more autonomous in learning, and more efficient in learning.Students'personal abilities can also be better demonstrated.
