The Application of Laparoscopy Training Based on PBL Teaching Method in Surgical Teaching for Undergraduates
Laparoscopy is a minimally invasive surgical technique with many advantages.The traditional surgical teaching model is faced with many difficulties and challenges in laparoscopic training.Laparoscopic training under the guidance of problem-based learning(PBL)is a problem-oriented and problem-solving teaching model,which can promote students'active learning,cooperative learning,reflective learning and lifelong learning.Through the reform of clinical teaching mode,the problem-based PBL teaching method is introduced into the laparoscopic teaching to give full play to the advantages of PBL teaching method.Laparoscopic training based on PBL teaching method can stimulate students'interest and motivation in laparoscopic technology,improve students'cognition and skill level of intraperitoneal anatomy and surgical process,enhance students'thinking ability and solving ability of clinical problems,and cultivate students'independent learning ability,team cooperation ability and innovation ability.PBL-oriented laparoscopic training has important practical significance and value in undergraduate laparoscopic simulation teaching.Laparoscopic training based on PBL teaching method has important practical significance and value in undergraduate laparoscopic simulation teaching.The combination of the two teaching methods can lead students to the right learning direction,stimulate students'motivation for independent learning,improve students'learning efficiency,and thus improve the teaching quality of surgery.
