Application Value of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Undergraduate Neurology Course
Objective To study the application value of innovation and entrepreneurship education into undergraduate neurology courses.Methods Using the random number table method,a total of 92 undergraduate students majoring in neurology admitted to the department of neurology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Jiamusi University from September 2022 to April 2023 were divided into the control group and the research group,with 46 students in each group.The control group adopted the traditional neurology course education,and the research group added the innovation and entrepreneurship education on the basis of the control group.The process assessment,final assessment score and self-innovation ability of each group were compared.Results The process assessment score[(94.75±4.14)points]and the final assessment score[(115.26±5.35)points]of the study group were higher than those of the control group[(81.23±5.61)points and[(95.17±6.88)points](P<0.05).Before the training,there was no difference between the two groups of self-innovation ability test scores(P>0.05);the scores of the study group[(84.97±3.31)points]was higher than that of the control group[(79.25±3.74)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education into undergraduate neurology courses is helpful to improve students'process assessment and final assessment score,and then enhance their innovation and entrepreneurship ability and self-innovation ability.
