Construction of Evaluation Index System for Resident Simulation Medical Training Center in Western Medicine General Hospital
Objective To construct a evaluation index system of simulated medical training for resident doctors in general western medicine hospital. Methods From January 2022 to June 2023,the evaluation indicators were initially proposed by reviewing literature,17 authoritative experts were consulted by the Delphi method, and finally, the index weights were calculated by the analytic hierarchy process and percentage weight method. The observational metrics included the expert authority coefficient, the judgment basis of the indicators and the familiarity with the indicator. The mean scores of the items, along with their standard deviations, coefficients of variation,Kendall's coefficient of concordance(W),and the composite weights of the items were also considered. Finally, the evaluation indicators that met the conditions were obtained. Results A total of 2 rounds of consultations were conducted, with 17 questionnaires distributed in each round. In both the first and second rounds,17 questionnaires were collected, achieving a 100%response rate. The first round of experts yielded 14 opinions, while the second round produced 4 opinions. The expert judgment was based on 0.94,the expert familiarity was 0.89,and the expert authority coefficient was 0.91.After the second round of inquiry, the importance scores of the 6 primary indicators ranged from 4.65 to 5.00,with a coefficient of variation of 0 to 0.1.The importance scores of 21 secondary indicators ranged from 4.12 to 4.94,with a coefficient of variation of 0.05 to 0.17.The importance scores of 44 tertiary indicators ranged from 4.12 to 4.82,with a coefficient of variation of 0.08 to 0.22.After 2 rounds of consultation, the coefficient of variation for the indicators was less than 0.25,indicating relatively consistent expert opinions. The Kendall coefficient ranges from 0 to 1 and W value was directly proportional to the degree of coordination. The first round of consultation yielded expert coordination coefficients W for the first, second, and third level indicators, which were 0.151(P>0.01),0.170(P<0.01),0.034(P<0.01),0.173(P>0.01),0.283(P<0.01),and 0.184(P<0.01).Based on expert opinions,an evaluation index system consisting of 6 primary,21 secondary and 44 tertiary indicators was constructed. Conclusion The experts in this study are well qualified, authoritative, and highly motivated, and the indicator system constructed is relatively reliable.
