Exploration on the Training Model of Subspecialty Training Physicians in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound
Continuing medical education is one of the important ways to improve the quality of professional and technical personnel.Musculoskeletal ultrasound is one of the ultrasound subspecialties applied to the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal system diseases that have developed rapidly in recent years,and can be used for the diagnosis of a variety of diseases.However,the emergence of musculoskeletal ultrasound is late,the inspection is difficult,and the operation is improper,which will cause misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,and many basic hospitals have not been popularized.The author and his unit have been engaged in the musculoskeletal ultrasound teaching for advanced students for many years,and have accumulated rich experience in the teaching of advanced students.This paper introduces the teaching qualifications and equipment conditions of the unit where the author works,and discusses the teaching difficulties,teaching objectives and standardized training mode of musculoskeletal ultrasound in the training of practicing physicians,aiming at providing feasible training programs for the nationwide promotion of musculoskeletal ultrasound and improving the ultrasonic diagnosis and treatment level of musculoskeletal system diseases.
