Medical laboratory education is currently facing a significant challenge,namely the disconnect between its teaching content and methods and the rapid development of society and medical laboratory technology.This article explores the reform of medical laboratory internship teaching in the context of integrating research findings,using the example of coagulation system teaching.It analyzes the problems of traditional internship teaching and proposes methods to integrate research findings and information literacy cultivation into internship teaching.By guiding students in searching for information and participating in discussions,the method enhances students'information literacy and practical skills.The teaching reform not only lays a solid foundation for students'future careers but also injects new vitality into the development of the medical laboratory discipline.Practice has shown that this teaching model contributes to the cultivation of students'clinical thinking,research innovation abilities,and self-directed learning skills,promoting the sustained development of medicine and health care.In summary,this teaching model fully taps into the educational function of professional courses,innovating educational methods that adapt to the needs of actual work and enhance students'learning abilities.
