Analysis and Reflection on the Status Quo of Standardized Training for Resident Physicians of Parallel Specialized Master's Degree Graduate Students
Since the implementation of the medical education collaborative training model, the training mode of clinical medicine master's degree graduate students has undergone significant changes in course learning and assessment, clinical ability training and assessment, and research ability cultivation. The parallel training mode focuses on clinical skills and professional ethics, and graduates with a master's degree can enter the front line of clinical work and be competent in the duties of resident physicians. However,in the process of implementing the standardized training system for resident physicians, there are also controversies such as the insufficient guidance role of graduate supervisors, the decline in research ability of graduate students, and the high psychological pressure of graduate students, which suggest that the integrated training system still needs to be continuously improved. The author proposes to strengthen the guidance of party building, implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents, and ensure the correct direction of medical talent cultivation. It is necessary to change the concept of scientific research training, actively create clinical research conditions, and improve the research ability of graduate students. In addition,a scientific evaluation system should be established to comprehensively evaluate the clinical ability, scientific research ability, and professional ethics of graduate students. Finally,it is necessary to explore the training path of postgraduates based on competency to cultivate excellent medical talents in thought, business and style.
