Exploration and Practice of the Construction of Course-Based Ideological and Political Education of Clinical Medical College in the New Era
The construction of course-based ideological and political education is an important way for universities to implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue and talent.The clinical medical college is the main battlefield for training medical talents.Under the background of the new era,strengthening the construction of course-based ideological and political education is of great significance for cultivating medical professionals with both integrity and competence.Based on the existing problems in the construction of curriculum ideological and political education of the clinical medical college,this article focuses on strengthening the construction of curriculum ideological and political education from six aspects:strengthening organizational management and institutional construction,clarifying construction goals and contents,scientifically designing teaching systems,strengthening classroom teaching construction,enhancing the construction of teaching staffs,and establishing a curriculum quality evaluation system and incentive mechanism.It aims to incorporating ideological and political education during the complete talent cultivation,comprehensively promote the construction of curriculum ideological and political education,establish and improve the institutional mechanisms for promoting the construction of curriculum ideological and political education in a coordinated manner,enhance students'comprehensive quality,improve teachers'ability and level of carrying out ideological and political education in the curriculum,build a grand framework for the comprehensive and holistic education by everyone throughout the entire process,and cultivate socialist builders and successors with comprehensive qualities.
