Exploration on the Homogenization Training Mode of Clinical Medicine Practice
Based on literature analysis and practical research,this paper explores the design and optimization of clinical medicine undergraduate,resident and advanced students'internship management,and proposes the idea of"establishing the concept of'early clinical''multi-clinical'and'repeated clinical'medical education talent training".By constructing an information-based practical teaching platform,improving the teaching quality monitoring system,standardizing assessment,and strengthening the cultivation of moral education and medical humanistic spirit,This study builds a homogeneity training model for clinical medical undergraduates,resident students,and advanced students,and integrate post-graduation medical education concepts and management methods into the clinical medical undergraduate practice stage.In addition,the management methods of continuing medical education should be integrated to promote the comprehensive reform of clinical practice teaching simultaneously.In order to ensure the continuity and systematization of medical personnel training,it is necessary to make the orderly connection and integration of college medical education,post-graduation education and continuing medical education.These methods can not only ensure the continuity of knowledge and skills of medical talents,but also ensure that they constantly update their knowledge and improve their skills in practice,so as to significantly improve the comprehensive quality and professional level of medical talents,narrow the difference in teaching quality among teaching hospitals,ensure the homogenization of medical talents,and achieve good results.It provides the basis for constructing standardized personnel training system and clinical teaching reform.
