Research on the Challenges and Strategies of Higher Medical Education Reform and Development Under the Background of the New Era
With the rapid evolution of society and the continuous progress of science and technology,the new era has brought new challenges and opportunities to the reform and development of higher medical education.This thesis aims to discuss the main challenges faced by higher medical education in the context of the new era,and propose corresponding strategies to promote the innovation and development of education.First,this paper outlines the changes in the medical field under the background of the new era,including the transformation of the spectrum of diseases,the reshaping of the medical model,and the integration of information technology.These changes require medical education to adapt to them.Secondly,it discusses the limitations faced by the traditional education model,including the rigidity of the curriculum,the single teaching method and the lack of interdisciplinary ability.A series of countermeasures are put forward,such as updating teaching methods to cultivate innovative ability,promoting interdisciplinary cooperation to broaden students'horizons,etc.In addition,this paper also emphasizes the importance of cultivating medical students'life-long learning ability and humanistic care literacy to adapt to the diverse and globalized medical environment,aims to provide reference for the future development of medical education in the new era.
