Application Effect of CBL Teaching Method in Gastrointestinal Surgery of General Specialty
This paper aims to explore the application effect of case-based learning(CBL)in standardized training students of clinical pharmacists in general disciplines.CBL is a teaching method based on practical clinical cases,directly citing patients treated in hospital as cases,allowing students to fully integrate pharmaceutical theory with clinical practice.A case of acute suppurative appendicitis was taken as an example to summarize the training experience of all students in general clinical pharmacist training from recent years,and statistics of completion assessment results,teaching effect evaluation and student satisfaction survey.CBL can be applied to the clinical practice of gastrointestinal surgery by clinical pharmacists in general department.All trainees have passed the examination and obtained the training certificate.The average score of the trainees in the examination is all up to standard,and the teaching effect is excellent.The teacher need to guide the clinical pharmacists involved in the whole treatment process from admission to discharge through typical cases,so that the students can quickly grasp the key points and modes of the work of surgical clinical pharmacists.It provides a reference for clinical pharmacists in gastrointestinal surgery.
