个性化教学模式对妇产科临床教学的影响

目的 探究对产科医学实习生实施个性化教学模式后对其专业理论知识、技术操作能力和升学就业方向的变化情况.方法 本次研究选取 2021 年 3 月—2022 年3 月在哈尔滨医科大学附属第四医院妇产科进行实习的74 名医学实习生作为研究对象,按电脑随机分组分为对照组和试验组,每组 37 名.对照组采用传统带教模式实施教学,试验组采用个性化带教模式实施教学.比较2 组医学实习生的专业理论知识、技术操作能力成绩、对带教老师满意度、升学就业方向和考研成功率的变化情况.结果 试验组的专业理论知识(68.29%vs.39.47%)以及技能合格率(73.17%vs.42.11%)均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组的总满意度高于对照组(87.8%vs.60.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组的考研成功率高于对照组(67.86%vs.47.83%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).试验组升学就业选择妇产科的比例高于对照组(29.27%vs.10.53%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 将个性化教学模式应用于妇产科临床带教中,能提高学生的理论成绩、操作能力、考研成功率以及带教满意度,是提高教学质量的有效途径.
The Influence of Personalized Teaching Model on Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinical Teaching
Objective To explore the changes of professional theoretical knowledge,technical operation ability and employment direction of obstetrical medical interns after the implementation of personalized teaching mode.Methods A total of 74 medical interns who practiced in the department of obstetrics and gynecology of the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University are participated in the study from March 2021 to March 2022,and were randomly divided into control group and experimental group by computer,with 37 interns in each group.The traditional teaching mode was adopted in the control group,and the personalized teaching mode was adopted in the experimental group.The scores of professional theoretical knowledge,technical operation ability,the students'satisfaction with teachers,postgraduate entrance examination rates and changes in the direction of study and employment were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of professional theoretical knowledge(68.29%vs.39.47%)and skill qualification rate(73.17%vs.42.11%)of experimental group were higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-evaluation score of teaching satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(87.8%vs.60.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postgraduate entrance examination rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group(67.86%vs.47.83%),and the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05).The percentage of obstetrics and gynecology in experimental group was higher than that in control group(29.27%vs.10.53%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the personalized teaching model on the clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology,can improve students'theoretical achievement,operational ability,enrollment rate and satisfaction degree in obstetrics and gynecology clinical teaching,which is an effective way to improve teaching quality.
