Design and Exploration on Experimental Teaching Content for Special Environmental Physiology
The field of Special Environmental Physiology aims to elucidate the regulatory mechanisms of the body's physiological balance under the influence of specific environmental factors, providing insights into potential diseases that may arise from such environments. In order to enhance students'understanding of special environments and their impact on the body,it is crucial to design special environment physiology experimental courses. This article focuses on the classic special environment of high temperature and humidity.Following the principles of selecting physiological systems with sensitivity to the environment, conducting simple experiments with clear and stable observations, and integrating scientific research into teaching, the water maze experiment was chosen. The experiment aims to observe the effects of Exposure to High Temperature and Humidity on the Learning and Memory Functions of Experimental Animals.By utilizing the water maze spatial exploration experiment and evaluating spatial memory function through indicators like platform crossings and distance explored, the course assesses the impact of high temperature and humidity environments on spatial memory.By using specific cases and theoretical knowledge, the teaching of special environment physiology becomes more engaging and diverse.
