Exploration on the Reform of Obstetrics and Gynecology Residential Training Teaching Methods
In order to reform the teaching of obstetrics and gynecology residency training and improve the comprehensive quality and practical ability of obstetrics and gynecology residency training doctors,this article reviews literature and analyzes the current situation of obstetrics and gynecology residency training.According to the national Several Opinions on Strengthening Medical Education and Improving the Quality of Medical Education,combined with the author's specific practices in the teaching competition,it proposes the application of case oriented,immersive scenario simulation teaching,problem-based learning(PBL)and other teaching methods in the theoretical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology residency training.It is recommended to adopt a hierarchical training model to cultivate the practical abilities of obstetrics and gynecology talents,so as to meet the growth needs of talents at different levels.In order to improve the training quality of medical talents and strengthen the construction of obstetrics and gynecology talents,the ideological and political elements contained in obstetrics and gynecology courses are excavated and refined in the training of theoretical teaching and clinical practice ability,so as to promote the reform of obstetrics and gynecology teaching mode and complete the residential training education of obstetrics and gynecology with high quality,so as to better complete the training objectives and meet the needs of personnel training in the new era.
