Application of Scenario Simulation Combined With CBL Teaching Method in Clinical Teaching of Traditional Chinese Medicine Pediatrics
Objective To analysis of the application value of scenario simulation combined with case-based learning(CBL)in the clinical teaching of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)pediatrics.Methods From January to June 2024,a total of 136 students in 2019 from Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine were divided into observation group(n=68)and control group(n=68)according to random number table method.The teaching method of scenario simulation combined with CBL was adopted by the observation group,whereas the control group was taught with conventional teaching methods.The score of CBL case analysis,the score of situational simulation assessment,the score of clinical assessment and the degree of students'satisfaction with teaching were compared and analyzed.Results After adopting different teaching methods,the theoretical test scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group[(89.64±3.48)points vs.(78.95±3.18)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The CBL score in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.001).The satisfaction of students in the observation group was 89.7%,which was higher than that in the control group(73.5%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching process of traditional Chinese medicine pediatrics,scenario simulation combined with CBL teaching method can significantly improve students'teaching results.Compared with the conventional teaching methods,scenario simulation combined with CBL teaching method can improve students'satisfaction with teaching,make them actively participate in teaching,so as to improve students'performance.
