PBL联合情景模拟教学法在灼伤科临床护理教学中的应用

目的 探讨以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)联合情景模拟教学法在灼伤科临床护理教学的应用效果.方法 选取 2022 年 6 月—2023 年 5 月在瑞金医院灼伤科实习的 82 名护生为研究对象,通过随机法进行分组后确定对照组和试验组各 41 名.对照组采用一般常规教学法,试验组采用PBL联合情景模拟教学法.比较 2 组护生对批判性思维能力、带教老师教学满意度、出科成绩等相关指标.结果 试验组护生批判性思维能力的各项得分均高于对照组,在开放思想、系统化能力、批判思维、求知欲 4 个维度的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组总体满意度为(81.73±4.75)分、出科成绩为(89.71±4.41)分,均高于对照组总体满意度[(77.32±5.17)分]、出科成绩[(80.91±6.19)分];差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 PBL联合情景模拟教学法可有效提高灼伤科临床护理教学中护生的批判性思维能力、教学满意度、提升理论知识掌握并在实践中提升护生的操作能力.
Application of PBL Combined With Scenario Simulation Teaching Method in Clinical Nursing Teaching of Burn Unit
Objective To explore the impact of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with scenario simulation teaching methods in clinical nursing teaching of burn units.Methods A total of 82 nursing students who practiced burn units of Ruijin Hospital between June 2022 and May 2023 were chosen as the research objects and randomly assigned to one of two groups:the control group(n=41)and the experimental group(n=41).The control group was taught with the general conventional teaching method,while the experimental group was instructed with the PBL combined with scenario simulation teaching method.The nursing students of two groups were compared in terms of critical thinking ability,teaching satisfaction with teachers,graduation scores and other related indicators.Results The scores of critical thinking ability of nursing students in experimental group were higher than those in control group,and there were statistically significant differences in four dimensions of open mind,systematic ability,critical thinking and intellectual curiosity(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the experimental group was(81.73±4.75)points,and the grade score was(89.71±4.41)points,which were higher than that of the control group[(77.32±5.17)points]and the grade score[(80.91±6.19)points].The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The PBL combination with scenario simulation teaching method can enhance the critical thinking skills,teaching satisfaction,and theoretical knowledge of nursing students in the burn unit.
