Application and Exploration on Micro-Learning Teaching Method in the Training of Emergency and Critical Treatment Ability
Objective To observe the clinical education effect of micro-learning teaching method in the training of emergency and critical treatment ability. Methods A total of 25 trainees trained in the intensive care unit(ICU)of the East Hospital of the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from January 2022 to June 2023 were included in the micro-learning group, and another 25 trainees trained in the ICU of the main department of Xuzhou Medical University Affiliated Hospital were included in the control group. The control group was trained with traditional teaching methods, while the micro-learning group was trained with traditional teaching methods combined with micro-learning teaching methods. The students of two groups were compared with the results of the entrance theory examination, the results of the skills examination and the satisfaction of the teaching methods. Results The theoretical scores and total skill scores of the micro-learning group were higher than those of the control group[(82.16±6.78)points,(84.32±3.09)points vs.(78.04±6.67)points,(77.84±3.32)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction score of micro-learning group was higher than that of control group[(93.16±3.25)points vs.(88.48±5.00)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion Adopting micro-learning teaching method in the training of comprehensive treatment ability for acute and critical care can effectively lead to higher theoretical and skill performance,as well as improved satisfaction among trainees.
