Analysis of Teaching Quality of Clinical Pathway Teaching Method in the Application of Experimental Diagnostics Course
Objective To introduce the clinical pathway teaching method into the teaching of experimental diagnostics,and analyze its teaching quality through the feedback of students and teachers.Methods From February 2022 to August 2021,a total of 150 clinical medical students and 18 teachers of grade 2019 in the first clinical college of Wuhan University were selected to analyze the satisfaction of students and teachers and the final examination results of students by making a questionnaire.Results Through the questionnaire,it was found that after the introduction of the clinical pathway teaching method,100%of the respondents mastered the reasonable selection and application of learning methods and laboratory indicators,98.6%of the respondents mastered the key and difficult contents of the syllabus,and 88.7%of the respondents mastered the principle and clinical significance of the test items.In the evaluation of teaching methods,100%of the respondents preferred clinical pathway teaching and experimental teaching.In terms of teaching satisfaction,over 80.0%of the respondents were satisfied with 10 courses in the course.In the final examination,62.0%of the students had excellent examination results(with a total score of more than 80 points),and the failure rate was only 0.7%.Conclusion The clinical pathway teaching method can meet the teaching requirements of experimental diagnostics,and is affirmed by teachers and students,which is conducive to improving the teaching quality of experimental diagnostics.
