Current Situation and Satisfaction Evaluation of Continuing Medical Education Training for Health Technicians
Objective To investigate the current situation of continuing medical education and training for health technicians,and to explore the shortcomings of continuing medical education and training for health technicians.Methods An online questionnaire survey was carried out among 1 486 health technicians from various medical institutions in Xuzhou City to understand the status quo of continuing medical education training for health technicians and to analyze the differences in training satisfaction among health technicians with different characteristics from May to July 2022.Results The survey found that the overall evaluation of health technicians on the training work was not good,with an average score of(4.196±0.770)points.The lowest evaluation index was"out-of-pocket expense ratio",with an average score of(4.106±0.886)points.The most highly rated index was"unit importance"with an average score of(4.343±0.677)points.There were statistically significant differences in satisfaction of various training indicators among health technicians of different genders and occupational categories(P<0.001).There was a negative correlation between professional title level and training satisfaction evaluation variables(P<0.05).Conclusion The faculty,software and hardware construction of continuing medical education are relatively mature and complete,which provides a good learning environment for continuing medical education and training.However,the government is slightly insufficient in funding and health financing,so it should further expand financing channels and build a diversified financing mechanism;pay attention to the occupational pressure of health technicians,and enhance their training participation enthusiasm by humanized management;optimize the construction of continuing medical education network platform to better meet the individual needs of teachers and students.
