康复治疗专业医学影像学实验课教学模式的探讨

康复治疗专业是一门注重理论联系实践的专业,在医学影像学这门课程中,实验课是学生掌握影像技能、初步学习如何解决临床实际问题的重要途径.康复治疗专业属于非影像专科,学生的影像基础知识相对薄弱,学生在有限的时间内需要掌握的专业相关的影像知识内容较多,教师在教学过程中实施科学有效的教学方法对教学效果影响较大.在高等学校不断进行教育教学模式创新及改革的背景下,康复治疗专业的教育教学改革步伐也将逐步推进.文章试从基于慕课等互联网资源的线上教学、传统讲授式教学法(lecture-based learning,LBL)、以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)、案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)、基于医学影像存储与传输系统(picture archiving and communication system,PACS)病例库的多模态联合一体化教学、人工智能辅助教学等教学方式方法进行了探讨,为高校培养影像诊断思维缜密、理论知识扎实、实践能力强、综合素质高的康复治疗师人才提供参考.
Discussion on the Teaching Mode of Medical Imaging Experiment Course for Rehabilitation Therapy Specialty
Rehabilitation therapy is a profession that emphasizes the connection between theory and practice.In the course of medical imaging,experimental course is an important way for students to master imaging skills and learn how to solve clinical practical problems.Rehabilitation therapy is a non-imaging specialty,and students have relatively weak basic knowledge of imaging.Within a limited time,students need to master a lot of professional related imaging knowledge.Teachers implementing scientific and effective teaching methods in the teaching process has a significant impact on teaching effectiveness.Against the backdrop of continuous innovation and reform in education and teaching models in higher education institutions,the pace of education and teaching reform in the rehabilitation therapy profession will also gradually advance.This article explores teaching methods such as online teaching based on internet resources such as MOOCs,LBL teaching method,PBL teaching method,CBL teaching method,multimodal integrated teaching based on PACS case library,and artificial intelligence assisted teaching,providing reference for universities to cultivate rehabilitation therapists with meticulous imaging diagnosis thinking,solid theoretical knowledge,strong practical ability,and high comprehensive quality.
