Discussion on the Integration of Materialist Dialectics in the Teaching of Type Ⅰ Hypersensitivity Reaction
Medical education needs to cultivate medical students with philosophical thinking and literacy.Type I hypersensitivity is an important teaching chapter of immunology,whose teaching content involves basic medical theory and clinical practice,and has rich connotation.This paper explains how immunology teaching of type I hypersensitivity reaction integrates materialist dialectics to improving teaching.This paper expounds how to use the world outlook and methodology of materialist dialectics as the ideological weapon,to integrates the philosophical thinking and philosophical viewpoint of materialist dialectics into the teaching form and teaching content,and to carry out different modes of teaching.This paper further uses several examples to illustrates the application of"practice is the only criterion of testing truth""phenomenon and essence""commonness and personality""internal and external factors""primary and secondary contradiction""quantitative change leads to qualitative change"theories in immunology teaching.In summary,integrating materialist dialectics in the teaching of immunology can assist theoretical teaching and improve students'philosophical literacy,scientific research ability and clinical thinking.
