With the reform and development of postgraduate education, higher requirements are put forward for the training of medical talents. In the traditional clinical practice training process of professional graduate students majoring in respiratory medicine, teachers often emphasize pass on"unilaterally"clinical knowledge and skills, without paying attention to the"bilateral"interaction between teachers and students, doctors and patients,as well as the cultivation of self-learning and lifelong learning abilities. This paper pointed out the difficulties faced by traditional teaching methods, and then combined traditional teaching model with ADDIE(analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation)and MDT(multi-disciplinary treatment)teaching method to explore a diversified mixed teaching model, which were based on the problems that students need to solve, and combined with actual clinical cases, and thus suitable for cultivating graduate students majoring in respiratory medicine. This teaching mode is helpful for graduate students to master basic theories and skills, cultivate systematic and comprehensive clinical thinking, and improve their ability to solve clinical practice problems independently. It is of positive and important significance for promoting the normalized development of diversified blended teaching and deepening graduate education reform.
