摘要

目的 构建成果导向教育(outcome-based education,OBE)理念联合BOPPPS的混合式教学,并探讨其在《外科护理学》教学中的应用效果.方法 选取 2022 年 3月―2023 年 6 月齐鲁医药学院护理学院 2019 级及 2020级助产学本科 2 个班级的 72 名学生为研究对象,采用整群抽样法,将 2020 级的 35 名学生作为观察组,2019级的 37 名学生作为对照组.观察组采取OBE理念联合BOPPPS的混合式教学,对照组采用传统的教学模式.比较 2 组学生的课程考核成绩、自主学习能力得分、学习获得感及教学满意度.结果 观察组学生的课程考核成绩为(87.65±4.82)分,高于对照组学生成绩[(84.27±7.72)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组学生的自主学习能力评分的各项评分及总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组学生的学习获得感评价评分高于对照组[(20.09±2.56)分vs.(17.43±3.23)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).2 组的教学满意度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 在《外科护理学》的教学中开展OBE理念联合BOPPPS的混合式教学,可提高学生的课程考核成绩及自主学习能力,并增强学生的学习获得感.

Abstract

Objective Building outcome-based education(OBE)concept combined with BOPPPS mixed teaching,and explore its application effect in the teaching of Surgical Nursing.Methods From March 2022 to June 2023,a total of 72 students were selected from two classes of the 2019 and 2020 undergraduate midwifery major in the School of Nursing of Qilu Medical University.According to cluster sampling method,35 students from Class 1 of 2020 were selected as the observation group,and 37 students from Class 1 of 2019 were selected as the control group.The observation group adopted the OBE concept combined with BOPPPS mixed teaching,while the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode.Compared the scores of course assessment,competencies of self-regulated,sense of learning achievement,and teaching satisfaction between two groups of students.Results The course assessment scores of the observation group was(87.65±4.82)points,which was higher than that of the control group[(84.27±7.72)points],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores and total score of independent learning ability score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The evaluation score of learning achievement among the observation group was higher than that of the control group[(20.09±2.56)points vs.(17.43±3.23)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in teaching satisfaction between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of OBE concept combined with BOPPPS mixed teaching in the teaching of Surgical Nursing can improve students'academic performance,strengthen their competencies of self-regulated,and enhance their sense of learning acquisition in surgical nursing teaching.
