Application of Task-Driven Combined With CBL Teaching Method in the Teaching of Resident Training in Endocrinology Department
Objective To analyze the effect of task-driven combined with case teaching method in resident training and teaching in endocrinology department.Methods A total of 64 resident physicians of internal medicine who came to the department of endocrinology of Anqing Municipal Hospital from July 2022 to September 2023 were enrolled and divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,with 32 resident physicians in each group.The observation group was taught with task-driven combined case teaching method,while the control group was taught with conventional teaching method.The assessment results,post competence and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After 8 weeks of training,the theoretical and technical scores of 64 resident doctors were improved,and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group[(90.32±2.68)points vs.(85.54±2.37)points,(84.83±1.75)points vs.(79.36±1.62)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The self-learning ability,diagnosis and treatment norms,ability to solve problems independently and other post competency of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Teaching satisfaction of observation group(93.75%)was higher than that of control group(71.88%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical residential training of endocrinology department,the task-driven combined with case teaching method can effectively improve the theoretical and technical achievements of residential training doctors,enhance their post competence,improve teaching satisfaction.
