Application of Diversified Teaching Model in Clinical Teaching of Nursing Interns in Operating Rooms
Objective To study the impact of diversified teaching model on clinical teaching of nursing interns in operating rooms.Methods A total of 80 nursing interns who interned in the operating room of Dongtai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups for comparison based on their internship time.A total of 40 interns who interned from July 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the control group,and traditional teaching was implemented,a total of 40 interns who interned from June 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the observation group and implemented a diversified teaching model.The theoretical and operational scores,teaching satisfaction,the scores of occupational identity scale,caring ability evaluation scale,and critical thinking ability scale were compared between the two groups.Results After teaching,the theoretical and operational scores of the observation group were(83.29±5.22)points and(90.66±5.63)points,which were higher than those of the control group[(72.24±4.48)points and(84.85±5.17)points],and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The occupational identity score,caring ability score and critical thinking score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction with teaching in the observation group(97.50%)was higher than that in the control group(80.00%),and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of diversified teaching model can cultivate interns'caring ability and critical thinking,enhance their sense of professional identity,strengthen theoretical knowledge,and improve operational skills.
