Application of Video Feedback Combined With Clinical Practice Teaching Method in Dressing Changing Skills for Standardized Training Residents
Objective To explore the teaching effectiveness of video feedback combined with clinical practice teaching method in the training of infection incision dressing changing skills for standardized training residents.Methods A total of 84 standardized training residents form January 2020 to May 2023 in the department of hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were divided into experimental group(n=42)and control group(n=42)by random number table method.The experimental group received video feedback combined with clinical practice teaching method,the control group received traditional teaching method.The test score of dressing changing skills and the results of questionnaire of two groups were compared.Results The total test score of dressing changing skills in experimental group was higher than that in control group[(87.21±3.71)points vs.(79.91±5.57)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The questionnaire survey results showed that the scores of operation ability,learning efficiency,aseptic consciousness,humanistic care awareness and teaching effect in experimental group were higher than those of control group,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of video feedback combined with clinical practice teaching method in the training of infection incision dressing changing skills were beneficial to improve infection incision dressing changing skills and teaching satisfaction for standardized training residents.
