MDT模式在骨科住培脊柱转移瘤教学中的应用

目的 探讨多学科协作诊疗(multiple disciplinary team,MDT)模式在骨科住院医师规范化培训脊柱转移瘤教学中的应用效果.方法 选取 2019 年 1 月―2022 年1月在西安交通大学医学院第一附属医院骨科参加住院医师规范化培训的48名学员,采用随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组,各24名.对照组采用传统教学法教学,观察组在传统教学法的基础上采用MDT模式,比较2组学员的理论知识掌握能力、实践操作能力及教学满意度.结果 观察组的理论知识成绩和实践技能成绩分别为(88.04±4.45)分和(88.00±4.40)分,对照组的理论知识成绩和实践技能成绩分别为(83.04±4.09)分和(81.87±3.91)分,观察组的成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).此外,观察组的各项教学满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 将MDT模式应用在骨科住院医师规范化培训脊柱转移瘤的教学中,取得良好的教学效果,可提高学员的教学满意度.
Application of MDT Model in Teaching of Spinal Metastases in the Standardized Training of Orthopedic Residents
Objective To explore the application of multiple disciplinary team(MDT)model in teaching of spinal metastases in the standardized training of orthopedic residents.Methods A total of 48 residents who participated in the standardized training of orthopedic residents in department of orthopaedics of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University from January 2019 to January 2022 were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 24 residents in each group.The control group used traditional teaching methods,while the observation group implemented the MDT model in addition to the traditional methods.The residents'theoretical knowledge mastery ability,practical operation ability and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The theoretical knowledge and practical skill scores of the observation group were(88.04±4.45)points and(88.00±4.40)points,respectively,while those of the control group were(83.04±4.09)points and(81.87±3.91)points,respectively,the observation group's scores were higher than those of the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of teaching satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of MDT model in teaching of spinal metastases in the standardized training of orthopedic residents has achieved good teaching effects,can improve the residents'teaching satisfaction.
