Practice and Experiences of Hospital-Level Teaching Supervision Mode in Standardized Residency Training
Objective To explore the teaching supervision mode and implementation effect of the standardized training of residents at the hospital-level.Methods A total of 98 students who participated in residential training in Luoyang Central Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from March 2022 to September 2023 were selected.They were divided into control group and study group according to whether to accepted the hospital-level teaching supervision mode.The control group consisted of 96 students who did not accepted the hospital-level supervision mode in 2022,and participated in exit examination or medical qualification examination for the first time in 2022.The study group consisted of 75 students who accepted the hospital-level supervision mode in 2023,and participated in exit examination or medical qualification examination for the first time in 2023.The first pass rate of the licensed physician qualification examination,the first pass rate of the completion examination,the satisfaction of the teaching activities and the overall teaching effect of two groups were compared.Results The pass rate of the first exam in the graduation examination of the control group was 81.82%,which was lower than that of the study group(86.05%),and there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The first pass rate of the medical licensing examination of the control group was 65.85%,which was lower than that of the study group(78.13%),and the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05).The satisfaction scores of the teaching activities and the overall teaching effect of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the hospital-level teaching supervision mode in the standardized training of residents can improve the quality of training,improve the satisfaction of the residents.
