线上教学在继续医学教育《诊断学基础》教学中的应用

目的 分析继续医学教育《诊断学基础》线上教学的优势及弊端,探讨适合继续医学教育的线上教学法.方法 选取 2022 年 7―8 月云南中医药大学继续教育学院的 119 名学员为研究对象.采用问卷调查的方式了解学员对线上教学的满意度(教学效果、教学内容、教学模式、教学频次等)及对线上教学情况、线上学习工具使用情况等开展调研,并对调查数据进行分析.结果 99.2%(118/119)的学员对教学效果满意;100%(119/119)的学员对教学内容满意;97.5%(116/119)的学员对教学模式满意;98.3%(117/119)的学员认为对学习有帮助;42.0%(50/119)的学员认为线上学习方便学习;23.5%(28/119)的学员认为线上学习可随时学习;10.9%(13/119)的学员认为线上学习互动不足;4.2%(5/119)的学员认为线上学习不方便提问;4.2%(5/119)的学员认为线上学习自律性差.结论 在继续教育的《诊断学基础》教学中应用线上教学的方式,能够帮助学员更好地进行学习.同时应该改善线上教学的不足,促使其更好地为学员服务.
Application of Online Teaching in the Teaching of Basis of Diagnostics in Continuing Medical Education
Objective To analyze the advantages and disadvantages of online teaching of Basis of Diagnostics for continuing medical education,and to explore the online teaching methods suitable for continuing medical education.Methods From July to August 2022,a total of 119 trainees of the School of Continuing Education of Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.Questionnaire survey was conducted to understand the trainees'satisfaction with online teaching(teaching effect,teaching content,teaching mode,teaching frequency,etc.)and to investigate the situation of online teaching and use of online learning tools,and then the survey data were analyzed.Results 99.2%(118/119)of trainees were satisfied with the teaching effect;100%of trainees were satisfied with the teaching content(119/119);97.5%(116/119)of trainees were satisfied with the teaching mode;98.3%(117/119)of trainees thought it was helpful to study;42.0%(50/119)of trainees thought online learning was convenient for learning;23.5%(28/119)of trainees thought online learning could be anytime learning;10.9%(13/119)of trainees thought that online learning interaction was insufficient;4.2%(5/119)of trainees thought that online learning was not convenient to ask questions;4.2%(5/119)of trainees thought the self-discipline of online learning was poor.Conclusion The application of online teaching in the teaching of Basis of Diagnostics in continuing education can help trainees learn better.At the same time,it should improve the shortcomings of online teaching and promote it to serve trainees better.
