微视频教学在手术室妇科盆腔肿瘤护士培训中的效果观察

目的 评估微视频教学在手术室妇科盆腔肿瘤护士培训中的效果.方法 将 2023 年 1-6 月接受手术室妇科盆腔肿瘤护士培训的 20 名护士纳入对照组(以集中授课的方式进行培训),将 2023 年 7-12 月接受手术室妇科盆腔肿瘤护士培训的 20 名护士纳入观察组(加用微视频教学),评价 2 组考核成绩、中国注册护士核心能力测评量表(competency inventory for registered nurse,CIRN)评分、中文版社会问题解决量表修订版(Chinese version of social problem solving scale revision,C-SPSI-R)评分、护士满意度.结果 培训前,组间理论及实践考核成绩、CIRN评分、C-SPSI-R评分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);培训后,观察组理论及实践考核成绩、CIRN评分、C-SPSI-R评分均更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组培训趣味性评分为(18.22±0.32)分、实用性为(18.06±0.27)分、针对性为(18.11±0.30)分、启发性为(18.26±0.31)分、沟通性为(18.15±0.34)分,均高于对照组[(16.32±0.44)分、(16.59±0.38)分、(16.51±0.37)分、(16.43±0.35)分、(16.27±0.41)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.001).结论 对手术室护士进行妇科盆腔肿瘤培训时采用微视频教学,可以提高培训质量、护士岗位胜任力与满意度,增强护士问题解决能力.
Observation on the Effect of Micro-Video Teaching in the Training of Gynecological Pelvic Tumor Nurses in Operating Room
Objective To evaluate the effect of micro-video teaching in the training of gynecological pelvic tumor nurses in the operating room.Methods A total of 20 nurses who received the training of gynecologic and pelvic tumor in the operating room from January to June 2023 were included in the control group(the training was conducted by centralized teaching),and 20 nurses who received the training of gynecologic and pelvic tumor nurses in the operating room from July to December 2023 were included in the observation group(additional use micro-video teaching).The inter-group assessment scores,the Chinese core competence assessment scale for registered nurses(CIRN)score,the Chinese version of the social problem solving scale revision(C-SPSI-R)score,and nurses'satisfaction were evaluated.Results Before training,there were no differences in theoretical and practical test scores,CIRN score and C-SPSI-R score between two groups(P>0.05).After the training,the theoretical and practical test scores,CIRN score and C-SPSI-R score of the observation group were higher,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the interest score was(18.22±0.32)points,practicality score was(18.06±0.27)points,pertinence score was(18.11±0.30)points,enlightening score was(18.26±0.31)points and communication score was(18.15±0.34)points,which were higher than those in the control group[(16.32±0.44)points,(16.59±0.38)points,(16.51±0.37)points,(16.43±0.35)points,(16.27±0.41)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The application of micro-video teaching in gynecological pelvic tumor training for operating room nurses can improve the quality of training,nurses'competency and satisfaction,and enhance nurses'problem-solving ability.
