人工智能时代下骨科研究生的培养策略

人工智能技术是由多学科交叉融合而成的前沿技术,包括计算机科学、数学、控制论、决定论、哲学、心理学等,在骨科疾病的诊治方面已得到广泛应用.譬如骨科智能机器人和智能影像诊断,给临床工作带来了许多便利,但也给外科医师带来了巨大挑战.随着智能骨科时代的到来,以生物医学的方法论为基础的传统教学模式已经不能满足研究生的多元化发展的趋势.随着手术机器人、5G远程医疗、AI辅助诊断等技术的快速发展,要求研究生应紧跟信息时代发展步伐,不仅要扩充自身的知识体系、学习新理论,还要掌握前沿技术.在新时代背景下,需要教育部门(高校)、研究生导师和研究生共同努力,改变教学思维和培养模式,注重医工结合,使骨科研究生在智能医学知识储备、创新意识和思维方式等方面得到全面培养.
Training Strategies of Orthopedics Graduate Students Under the Age of Artificial Intelligence
Artificial intelligence(AI)is a cutting-edge technology which is integrated by many disciplines,including computer science,mathematics,cybernetics,determinism,philosophy,psychology,etc.,and has been widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of orthopedic diseases.For example,intelligent robots and intelligent imaging diagnosis in orthopedics have brought a lot of convenience to clinical work,but also brought great challenges to surgeons.With the advent of intelligent orthopedic era,the traditional teaching mode based on biomedical methodology can no longer meet the diversified development trend of graduate students.With the rapid development of surgical robots,5G telemedicine,AI-assisted diagnosis and other technologies,graduate students are required to keep up with the pace of the development of the information age,not only to expand their knowledge system and learn new theories,but also to master some cutting-edge technologies.Under the background of the new era,it is necessary for education departments(universities),graduate supervisors and graduate students to work together to change the teaching thinking and training mode,pay attention to the combination of medical and industrial,so that orthopedic graduate students can be fully cultivated in intelligent medical knowledge reserve,innovative consciousness and thinking mode.
