Construction and Practice of General Course System for Resident Training Based on Curriculum With Ideological and Political Education
In order to ensure the application effect of ideological and political elements in the high-quality general education curriculum system of housing and training,and fully demonstrate the professionalism and targeted of doctor-patient communication,this study analyzed the construction and teaching practice of the high-quality general education curriculum system of resident physician through in-depth investigation and practical research based on literature collection and review.On the one hand,during the research takes pediatric residential training as an example,always adheres to the student-centered educational concept,and takes standardized ideological and political education cases involving patients as a reference to carry out situational exercises involving residential students,teachers and simulated patients.On the other hand,the study interest of medical resident Pearson is aroused through the introduction of questions,so that students can have a deeper understanding of the nature of problems,and learn how to give humanistic care to patients in the process of work on the basis of scenario simulation.After conducting research on the topic,a medical residency trainee doctor-patient communication practice resource library suitable for the implementation of ideological and political education courses has been established,and a group of high-quality applied talents with noble professional ethics,solid theoretical foundation,and high humanistic literacy have been cultivated.
