军队超声医学任职教育数字化建设构想及策略

当前,军队基层面临超声军医人才缺口大、人员岗位胜任能力弱等挑战。解决这些问题的关键在于改革人才培养模式、破除教育培训限制,并加速提升超声医学人才的专业技能水平。基于"互联网+教育"的数字化教学模式突破了时间和空间的限制,满足了个性化教学需求,顺应了教学改革趋势。将数字化教学引入基层部队超声军医人才培养中,以解决现存问题,具有潜在价值。文章在深入探讨数字化教学的建设内涵、意义及现状的基础上,进一步讨论了在军队超声医学任职教育中实施数字化教学的可行性及必要性。同时,从教学模式、人才队伍、技术融合、资源开发四个方面,提出了在军队基层超声医学任职教育中引入数字化教学模式的建设构想及策略,旨在为解决超声军医人才培养问题提供数字化方案。
Conception and Strategy of Digital Construction for Army Ultrasound Medical Appointment Education
At present,the military grassroots is faced with challenges such as large shortage of ultrasonic military medical talents and weak competency of personnel positions.In order to solve these problems,the key lies in reforming the personnel training mode,breaking the restrictions of education and training,and accelerating the improvement of the professional skill level of ultrasound medical talents.The digital teaching mode based on"Internet+education"breaks through the limitations of time and space,meets the needs of personalized teaching,and conforms to the trend of teaching reform.It is of potential value to introduce digital teaching into the training of ultrasonic medical personnel in grassroots troops to solve the existing problems.Based on the in-depth discussion of the connotation,significance and current situation of digital teaching,this paper further discusses the feasibility and necessity of implementing digital teaching in the military ultrasound medical education.At the same time,from the four aspects of teaching mode,talent team,technology integration and resource development,the paper puts forward the construction concept and strategy of introducing digital teaching mode into the ultrasound medical vocational education at the military grassroots level,aiming at providing a digital scheme to solve the problem of ultrasound military medical personnel training.
