基于SPOC的混合式教学在生理学教学中的实践

目的 探讨基于小规模限制性在线课程(small private online course,SPOC)的混合式教学在生理学教学中的应用效果,总结实践经验,优化生理学教学模式。方法 2021 年 5 月—2023 年 8 月,在网络平台建设生理学线上课程,选取重庆医科大学 2021-2022 学年和2022-2023 学年中的部分生理学教学班级(共 723 名)为教学对象,制定混合式教学方案;通过线上学习数据分析和大样本问卷调查的方式,评估混合式教学的效果。结果 生理学线上课程的建设顺利完成(含教学资源 339 个)。线上课程浏览量达 1 367 273 人次,累计互动次数达6 695次,视频观看时长平均为1 322。8 min/人。学生的作业、限时测试准确度高,主题讨论和分组任务的完成度好。学生对线上课程和基于SPOC的混合式教学满意度和认可度均超过 80%,且相较于课程中期,在课程结束后的满意度和认可度均有所提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0。001)。结论 通过优化教学模式,学生可以适应在生理学教学中应用基于SPOC的混合式教学,该模式可实现知识传授与能力提升的有机结合,提高教学效率。
Practice of Blended Teaching Based on SPOC in Physiology Teaching
Objective To explore the application effect of blended teaching based on small private online course(SPOC)in physiology teaching,summarize practical experience,and optimize the teaching mode of physiology.Methods From May 2021 to August 2023,a physiology online course was constructed on the network platform,a total of 723 students from the physiology teaching classes of Chongqing Medical University in the 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 academic years were selected.A blended teaching plan was developed.The effectiveness of blended teaching was evaluated by the online learning data analysis and large-scale questionnaire survey.Results The physiology online course,including 339 teaching resources,was constructed.The online course views reached 1 367 273,with a cumulative interaction count of 6 695,and the average video viewing time was 1 322.8 min per person.The accuracy of students'homework and limited time tests was high,and the completion of topic discussions and group tasks was good.Students'satisfaction and recognition of online courses and blended teaching based on SPOC were both more than 80%,and compared with the middle of the course,the satisfaction and recognition of students after the course were increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion By optimizing the teaching mode,students can adapt to the application of blended teaching based on SPOC in physiology teaching,which can realize the organic combination of knowledge transfer and ability improvement,and improve teaching efficiency.
