微课+翻转课堂在神经内科实习生护理教学中的应用

目的 探究微课+翻转课堂在神经内科实习生护理教学中的应用价值。方法 将 2020 年 9 月—2022 年 6月在锦州医科大学附属第一医院神经内科实习的 90 名护理实习生,分成对照组和研究组,各 45 名,分别进行传统教学模式和微课+翻转课堂教学。比较 2 组教学效果(理论知识、病例分析、临床实践)、自我评价(沟通能力、临床思维能力、操作技能、团队协作能力)和满意度。结果 研究组的理论知识、病例分析、临床实践成绩高于对照组[81。00(73。00,87。00)分 vs。74。00(67。00,78。50)分,(80。96±7。32)分 vs。(71。61±9。77)分,80。00(74。00,87。50)分 vs。73。00(63。00,80。00)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。研究组实习生在沟通能力、临床思维能力、操作技能、团队协作能力方面的评价水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。研究组满意率(88。89%)高于对照组(66。67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。结论 神经内科实习生护理教学采用微课+翻转课堂,能够显著提升教学质量,且学生的反馈和满意度较高。
Application of Microlecture+Flipped Classroom in Nursing Teaching of Neurology Interns
Objective To explore the application value of microlecture+flipped classroom in nursing teaching of neurology interns.Methods A total of 90 nursing interns in neurology department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from September 2020 to June 2022 were divided into control group and research group,45 interns in each group,and were taught with traditional teaching mode and microlecture+flipped classroom respectively.The teaching effect(theoretical knowledge,case analysis,clinical practice),self-evaluation(general ability,clinical thinking ability,operation skills,team cooperation ability)and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The theoretical knowledge,case analysis and clinical practice results of the research group were higher than those of the control group[81.00(73.00,87.00)points vs.74.00(67.00,78.50)points,(80.96±7.32)points vs.(71.61±9.77)points,80.00(74.00,87.50)points vs.73.00(63.00,80.00)points],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The evaluation levels of communication ability,clinical thinking ability,operation skills and teamwork ability of interns in the research group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the research group was 88.89%,higher than that of the control group(66.67%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The neurology internship nursing education utilizes a microlecture+flipped classroom,which significantly enhances the teaching quality,and students'feedback and satisfaction levels are high.
