OBE理念下的BOPPPS教学模式在妇产超声实习教学中的探索

目的 探讨以成果为导向教育(outcome-based education,OBE)理念下的导言、目标、前测、参与式学习、后测和总结(bridge-in,objective,pre-assessment,participatory,post-assess,summary,BOPPPS)教学模式应用于妇产超声实习教学中的效果。方法 选取 2023 年3-8 月在兰州大学第二医院超声科实习的临床专业本科生 60 名为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各 30 名。观察组采用OBE理念下的BOPPPS教学模式学习,对照组采用常规教学模式。教学结束后对 2 组学生进行试卷考查及问卷调查,比较 2 组见习考核成绩,利用调查问卷评价 2 组的教学满意度和教学效果。结果 观察组预习后小测验[(30。97±3。85)分]、随堂检测[(49。27±5。82)分]以及出科考试[(16。03±2。46)分]的成绩均高于对照组[(25。75±4。62)分、(39。97±4。56)分、(11。87±3。41)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0。001);通过问卷调查结果,观察组总满意度(93。33%)高于对照组(66。67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0。05);观察组在学习兴趣、自主学习能力、课堂参与度、临床思维能力及操作及沟通能力方面的评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0。001)。结论 OBE理念下的BOPPPS教学模式应用于超声诊断学妇产章节实习教学中,能充分调动学生的学习积极性,提高学习成绩,提升教学满意度,教学效果显著。
Exploration on the BOPPPS Teaching Mode Under the OBE Concept in the Practice Teaching of Obstetrics and Gynecology Ultrasound Diagnosis
Objective To explore the effect of bridge-in,objective,pre-assessment,participatory,post-assess,summary(BOPPPS)teaching mode under the outcome-based education(OBE)concept in the practice teaching of obstetrics and gynecology ultrasound.Methods A total of 60 clinical undergraduates practicing in the ultrasound department of the Second Hospital of Lanzhou University from March to August 2023 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 undergraduates in each group.The observation group was taught with BOPPPS teaching mode under the OBE concept for learning,while the control group was taught with conventional teaching mode.After the teaching,two groups of students were tested to compare their performance in the internship assessment,and used a survey questionnaire to evaluate the satisfaction and teaching effectiveness.Results The scores of the observation group in the pre-study quiz[(30.97±3.85)points],the in-class test[(49.27±5.82)points]and the exit exam[(16.03±2.46)points]were higher than those of the control group[(25.75±4.62)points,(39.97±4.56)points,(11.87±3.41)points],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).According to the questionnaire survey results,the total satisfaction of the observation group(93.33%)was higher than that of the control group(66.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the observation group in learning interest,autonomous learning ability,class participation,clinical thinking ability,operation and communication ability were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.001).Conclusion The application of BOPPPS teaching mode under the OBE concept in the internship teaching of ultrasound diagnosis obstetrics and gynecology chapter can fully mobilize students'learning enthusiasm,improve academic performance,enhance teaching satisfaction,and achieve significant teaching results.
