目的 探讨基于微信平台的案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)在皮肤科全科医师住培中的应用效果.方法 选取 2021 年 10 月—2023 年 8 月在嘉兴市第一医院皮肤科基地进行住培的 86 名全科医师为试验组,2019年 10 月—2021 年 8 月的 90 名全科医师纳入对照组.试验组在传统教学的基础上采用基于微信平台的CBL教学法,对照组仅采用传统教学法,从疾病认知准确率及教学模式的满意度评价进行对比.结果 试验组对于寻常疣(95.35%vs.67.78%)、带状疱疹(100%vs.76.67%)、银屑病(91.86%vs.73.33%)、药物性皮炎(97.67%vs.66.67%)的认知准确率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);试验组在入科 4 周对于寻常疣、带状疱疹、银屑病、药物性皮炎的认知程度较入科时明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);问卷调查结果显示,试验组在满意此种学习方式、可以加强记忆、提高学习兴趣、有利提高自主分析能力等项目的满意度评价均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 基于微信平台的CBL教学法可以为全科医师住培在皮肤科基地培训提供新的思路和方法.
Application of CBL Teaching Method Based on WeChat Platform in Standardized Training of Dermatology General Practitioners
Objective To discusses the case-based learning(CBL)based on WeChat platform in standardized training of the dermatological training for general practitioners.Methods A total of 86 general practitioners who underwent standardized training in the department of dermatology of the First Hospital of Jiaxing from October 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the experimental group,and 90 general practitioners from October 2019 to August 2021 were included in the control group.The experimental group was taught with the CBL teaching method based on WeChat platform on the basis of traditional teaching,while the control group was only taught with the traditional teaching method.The accuracy of disease cognition and the satisfaction evaluation of teaching mode were compared.Results The cognitive accuracy of experimental group for verruca vulgaris(95.35%vs.67.78%),herpes zoster(100%vs.76.67%),psoriasis(91.86%vs.73.33%)and drug-induced dermatitis(97.67%vs.66.67%)was higher than that of control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).After 4 weeks of admission,the cognition degree of the experimental group on verruca vulgaris,herpes zoster,psoriasis and drug-induced dermatitis was significantly higher than that at admission,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The results of the questionnaire survey showed that the satisfaction evaluation of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group in such items as satisfying this learning style,strengthening memory,improving learning interest and improving independent analysis ability,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CBL teaching method based on WeChat platform can provide new ideas and methods for standardized training of general practitioners in dermatology base training.
