PBL教学法在临床工程技术专业教学中的应用研究

随着临床技术的不断发展,医疗设备的临床使用维护管理凸显出其专业性及重要性,如何培养符合临床需求的临床技术人才逐渐成为医疗卫生行业的热点话题.在面临工程专业应用型人才培养方面,文章运用以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL),以临床工程技术专业课程模块为例,对课程设计、实施及评估提出相关方案,并通过该方案的讨论及探索,为相关同类型专业的人才培养及课程设计提供参考.文章结合临床工程专业人才培养目标进行课程设计,利用案例研究的方法提出课程设计的思路及实践.基于PBL教学法的教学过程在课程目标制定、课堂教学组织、学习效果评估等方面应注重问题的提出及围绕问题的教学设计,从而实现知识与应用的有机融合.提出的课程设计方法为同类学科交叉类专业的课程设计提供应用参考.
Study on the Application of PBL Teaching Method in the Teaching of Clinical Engineering Technology
With the continuous development of clinical technology,the clinical use and maintenance management of medical equipment has highlighted its professionalism and importance.How to cultivate clinical technical talents that meet clinical needs has gradually become a hot topic in the healthcare industry.In terms of the training of applied talents in engineering,this paper uses the problem-based learning(PBL),taking the curriculum module of clinical engineering technology as an example,to propose relevant programs for curriculum design,implementation and evaluation,and through the discussion and exploration of the program,provide reference for the training of talents and curriculum design of related similar majors.This paper combined with the training objectives of clinical engineering professionals to carry out curriculum design,and proposed the idea and practice of curriculum design using the case study method.The PBL teaching method based teaching process should focus on problem-solving and problem-based teaching design in terms of curriculum goal setting,classroom teaching organization,and learning effectiveness evaluation,in order to achieve the organic integration of knowledge and application.The proposed curriculum design method provides an application reference for the course design of interdisciplinary majors of the same discipline.
