Application of Evidence-Based Medicine Combined With PBL Teaching Method in Clinical Teaching of Lung Cancer
Objective To study the application effect of evidence-based medicine combined with problem-based learning(PBL)in clinical teaching of lung cancer.Methods A total of 60 medical interns from the Affiliated People's Hospital of Chongqing University from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and grouped according to random number table method.The control group(n=30)was taught with routine teaching,while the observation group(n=30)was taught with evidence-based medicine combined with PBL teaching method.The evaluation results,overall teaching effect,teaching satisfaction,nursing quality score and team cohesion score before and after teaching were compared between the two groups of interns.Results In the observation group,the theoretical scores[(93.78±3.10)points],medical record writing scores[(92.84±5.21)points],history collection data scores[(92.33±4.69)points],physical examination scores[(95.36±3.23)points],diagnosis and treatment plan making scores[(93.94±4.27)points]were higher than those in the control group[(84.56±4.11)points,(80.73±4.25)points,(83.45±3.83)points,(86.88±5.02)points,(84.71±4.50)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The overall teaching effect of interns in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The teaching satisfaction of interns in observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before teaching,there was no significant difference in nursing quality score between the two groups(P>0.05).After teaching,the nursing quality score of the interns in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Before teaching,there was no statistically significant difference in team cohesion score between the two groups(P>0.05).After teaching,the team cohesion score of the interns in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.001).Conclusion In clinical teaching of lung cancer,the application of evidence-based medicine combined with PBL teaching method can improve the quality of teaching and help interns form team cohesion.
