Application of Microteaching Method Based on Teamwork Learning in Nursing Practice Teaching of Anesthesiology Department
Objective To explore the application effect of microteaching method based on teamwork learning in nursing practice teaching of anesthesia department.Methods A total of 35 cases of nurses who practiced in the anesthesiology department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from January to June 2022 were set as the control group,and the conventional practice teaching method was adopted.In addition,40 nurses from the department of anesthesiology from July to December 2022 were set as the observation group,and the microteaching method based on teamwork learning was adopted.All the nurses in two group practiced for 4 weeks.The evaluation results of theoretical knowledge,clinical nursing skills and teaching effect were compared before and after practice.Results At the time of admission,there was no significant difference in theoretical knowledge of anesthesia nursing between the two groups(P>0.05).During the internship entrance examination,the theoretical knowledge assessment score of the observation group was(91.35±4.30)points,which was higher than that of the control group[(85.17±3.89)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The nursing evaluation,nursing diagnosis,and nursing measures assessment scores of the observation group[(17.65±1.53)points vs.(14.54±1.93)points,(19.05±0.82)points vs.(16.09±1.54)points,(50.88±4.13)points vs.(43.40±3.35)points]were all better than those of the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.001).The satisfaction rate of the observation group nursing students in improving their problem-solving ability,teamwork ability,self-learning ability,and communication ability(87.50%vs.68.57%,97.50%vs.57.14%,82.50%vs.54.29%,92.50%vs.62.86%)was higher than that of the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The microteaching method based on teamwork learning is helpful to improve the teaching quality of anesthesiology nursing practice and improve the clinical practice ability of nursing students.
